PUBLICATIONS
When Summer was a Special Investigator for the State, she wrote several articles that were published by the California Department of Real Estate ("DRE"). Even after separating from the DRE in 2014, Summer had the pleasure and privilege of writing a more recent article published in the DRE's Winter 2016 Real Estate Bulletin, which she co-authored with former Real Estate Commissioner Wayne Bell.
Since Summer began her consulting business in 2016, she has written several articles which have been published by different sources such as First Tuesday, Duane Gomer, Realty Times, Inman News, The Data Advocate and the California Escrow Association.
